Key Responsibilities:
* Identify potential MSME clients through Google Maps, LinkedIn and online research
* Collect company and decision-maker contact details
* Conduct initial outreach through WhatsApp, email and calls
* Share company brochures and follow up with prospects
* Schedule meetings and maintain follow-up records
* Maintain lead tracker / CRM in Excel or Google Sheets
* Support proposal sharing and client coordination
* Assist in social media and LinkedIn business outreach
* Support consulting and operational improvement projects when required
Additional candidate preferences:
* Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
* Basic computer and internet knowledge
* Comfortable with WhatsApp, email and Excel/Google Sheets
* Confident and professional communication style
* Self-driven and willing to learn business consulting
