Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR cum Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations and general administration. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing end-to-end HR functions along with administrative responsibilities, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources (HR)
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
  • Post job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, contracts, etc.).
  • Ensure timely performance review coordination and support employee development initiatives.
  • Draft HR policies, offer letters, and other official documentation as required.
  • Handle employee grievances with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements.

Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning (stationery, housekeeping, office maintenance, etc.).
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and logistics for staff and guests.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Support event planning and office functions (internal meetings, team outings, etc.).

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

2–5 years of relevant experience in HR and admin roles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Professional demeanor and a positive, approachable attitude.
