Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B consultative selling, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate consulting services to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the consulting and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and pitches.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development from a recognized institute (mandatory).
Additional certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Strategic Sales Management, Digital Marketing, or related advanced courses will be an added advantage.
